Points to Consider:

• 3mm standard clear glass is very thin and fragile. It’s challenging to customize, and ground edges are not possible. If you need holes or polished edges, consider using 4mm standard clear glass or thicker.
• For customized glass production, tolerances within the industry standards apply in terms of dimensions, quality, and finish. These may result in slight dimensional deviations (approx. 1-2 mm) and minor damages that cannot always be claimed.
• Be cautious when ordering glass size. Once your order is placed, size changes are no longer possible.
• The glass industry follows a minimum volume per piece rule for calculating orders.

Packing & Delivery

Wooden Plywood Crates

We use 12mm thick recycled hardwood board, no fumigation, hard plastic safety corner, plastic film covering the glass to avoid dirt, with a desiccant inside, to ensure that the glass is dry and not moldy during transportation.

Individual carton packaging options.

We use 5mm thick environmentally friendly corrugated boxes, 10mm thick foam board lining, 10mm thick recycled hardwood boards around the four sides of the glass to prevent damage to the edges, free transportation,suitable for retail storage of glass tabletops, shower rooms and other products.
